Free trust and estate accounting templates

Blank accountings generated by the Summafolio engine, as a PDF and an Excel workbook whose summary adds up the schedules for you. They're templates, not court forms.

A fiduciary accounting has two parts: a one-page summary and the schedules that support each line of it. These templates give you both, laid out in the structure of a recognized format, so you can see what an accounting involves or prepare a short one by hand. Each comes with a Read me sheet that explains the schedules.

If your state publishes its own form, use it; the state pages say which states do. And if you'd rather not fill in schedules by hand, Summafolio builds the same accounting from your bank and brokerage statements and reconciles it to the cent. See the sample reports for finished examples.
